Joshua Paul Frank is an employment lawyer who represents individuals in a variety of matters, including cases involving workplace discrimination, hostile work environments, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and unpaid wage and overtime claims. Mr. Frank also provides counsel with respect to employment contracts and severance agreements. Named a Superlawyer Rising Star in 2018, Mr. Frank has achieved notable success on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Frank graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English and a minor in Political Science from Dickinson College and obtained his law degree from The Boston University School of Law. Mr. Frank is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and remains a member of the Pennsylvania bar. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
